“Our aim at 3E FITNESS is to provide ‘Expert Exercise Education’ (3E) to all of our clients. We are passionate about health and fitness and our goal is to educate each and every one of our clients, both young and old, on the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.”

3E Fitness was established in 2005 and since then has grown stronger and larger each year. We have worked with a wide range of clients and worked towards many varied and different fitness goals.

In February we opened our very own private facility located at 15 Howes Street in Airport West (just behind Officeworks at Westfield). This enables us to cater to groups at peak times and private personal training.

OUR TRAINERS – All of the 3E Fitness trainers are experienced, mature and very professional. We are all parents and fitness enthusiasts ourselves and use our own passion for health and fitness to help guide and motivate our clients.

Lauren  

I love helping others participate in and enjoy physical activity as much as I do. Weather it be a 2 year old or a 60 year old, the benefits of being involved in regular activity are enormous!

As a Mum of 2 little girls, I understand about time restraints and making the most of precious ‘me’ time. All sessions I run for my personal training and bootcamp clients are designed to be as effective as possible and at the same time fun and enjoyable. I want you to walk away from each session sweaty, but with a smile!

I aim to educate all my clients as to the why of an exercise and/or programs as well as the standard how. The more education and understanding one can have about their health and fitness the better their choices for lifelong fitness.

I have great experience as I have worked in the industry in gyms and personal training for over 10 years as well as teaching Physical Education for 5 years and running the school sports district of Kew.

Laura

Over the past few years I have been balancing a career in corporate human resources with my passion for fitness. I am a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Thump Boxing Instructor, and mother to 2 beautiful daughters. With a strong commitment and dedication to health and fitness, I have over 6 years experience as a group exercise leader and personal trainer. I have a specialisation in pre and post-natal exercise and I feel passionate about helping pregnant and postnatal women as I can offer them advice on how to train effectively and safely during this challenging time of their lives.

With all my clients, I aim to:

  • Promote functional fitness; this means being able to do the things you want to do, without fear of injury, fatigue or lack of flexibility
  • Help make exercise a positive part of your life
  • Provide a fun, caring and safe environment for you to successfully enhance your health, fitness and self-confidence

Maryallen

My Goal is to achieve my long term dream of teaching others the benefits of being fit and healthy so that life quality is improved physically and emotionally.

I enjoy training others by making it fun and developing a a great professional and personal rapport with my clients, with lots of laughs along the way.

Making time for yourself is the best decision you can make for your own  well being,  as well as the impact it has on your family and friends as they see you making important life changes through fitness.

Working with all age groups is both rewarding and challenging, but mostly exciting as I get to meet an amazing range of people which makes my job as a personal trainer so fantastic!

Shane

I have been involved in sport my whole life and my passion for health and fitness is what attracted me to Personal Training.  It is the perfect outlet to share this passion with others who are looking to make positive changes to their current lifestyles.

I have been personal training a wide range of clients for over 3 yrs and thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to train others. I believe Personal Training should be something that is fun, challenging and also very rewarding to those who are willing to commit and work alongside me towards their individual goals.

As I have been involved in the fitness environment all my life I have very good understanding of how to get the best out of my clients and through my knowledge I help them commit to making life long positive changes in exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.

Sophie

Sophie has years of experience in group training and runs our boxing and group fitness/ bootcamp sessions. Like all our other trainers she is highly qualified and very skillful at getting all clients to work to their absolute hardest and get the best results possible from themselves!
