BOOTCAMP INFORMATION:
3E Bootcamps are group fitness sessions that are both fun and challenging to just the right level. Its called “Bootcamp” but it is a real mix of fitness and cross training. They are designed in a way that caters to all abilities, so everyone is able to attend and gain benefits of participating in some fun exercise. Anybody can come along….young, old, fit and previously inactive. It’s a great way to make the commitment to become a fitter and healthier person. Come alone and meet new friends or bring along someone you already know. Doing it as a group is always lots of fun!  Bootcamps are an affordable way to be involved in some structured, supervised physical activity.

You may start whenever you like and attend as frequently as you wish, although bookings are essential.

CURRENT BOOTCAMP SESSIONS:

Our current group sessions are running at the following times…… Come on down and join us!

AM Bootcamp – Tuesday and Thursday at 6am

PM Bootcamp -  Monday and Wednesday at 7.30pm

Early PM Bootcamp -Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm (Boxing Sessions)

Mummy Bootcamp – Wednesday and Friday 10.30am with kids welcome!!

Super Saturday – Saturday session at 7am

Unlimited sessions for $30 a week on a direct debit plan, or if you would just like to attend casually, you can get a 10 session pass for $165 or single sessions are $20 each time you come along.
