50 Days of Focused Fitness Training!

At the moment there are lots of people watching TV shows that are all about weight loss and getting fitter. Well, I have decided that if you have the time to sit on your couch and watch these shows you must have the time to get training yourself!

3E is launching the “FIT in 50″ Program which is aims to help you become fitter (and lose weight) in just 50 days.

With the kids back at school, it is time to commit to yourself and make, not “find” the time to train and we will be here to support and motivate you along!

We will begin on the 11th Feb and train hard and stay focused for 50 days through to the 31st March.

What is the “FIT in 50″ the program:

It is an intensive program to really focus in on yourself and your own personal fitness needs for 50 days.

What is included-

  • Unlimited 3E Bootcamp Sessions – up to 9 each week
  • 1 Semi Private Personal Training Session each week (up to 4 people)
  • Weekly Weigh Ins
  • Before and After Photos
  • 50 Day Program Booklet
  • Weekly Check Up
  • Mandatory Food Journals – Checked Weekly
  • Food Guidelines to follow
  • Exclusive Facebook Group (Chat and Support)
  • Unlimited Access to your own Personal Trainer

All this for $390 for the 50 day program (under $8 a day!)

If you are already an ongoing 3E Bootcamp member you can upgrade to the program for only $180
