Bootcamps
3E Bootcamps are a group fitness sessions that are both fun and challenging. They are designed in a way that caters to all abilities, so everyone is able to attend and gain benefits of participating in some fun exercise. Anybody can come along....young, old, fit and previously inactive. It's a great way to make the commitment to become a fitter and healthier person. Come alone and meet new friends or bring along someone you already know, it may be your husband or wife, brother or sister or even your next door neighbour! Doing it as a group is always lots of fun! All Bootcamps are an affordable way to be involved in some structured, supervised physical activity.
You may start whenever you like and attend as frequently as you wish, although bookings are essential and casual places (eg. once a week) will only be open if there is room. For best results we recommend attending twice a week for the full bootcamp duration.

AM Bootcamp - Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6am
PM Bootcamp - Monday and Wednesday at 7.30pm
and
Mummy Bootcamp - 10.30am Wednesday and Friday with kids welcome!!
