3E Fitness offers a wide variety of fitness training options for the entire family: For adults we offer the traditional one-on-one personal training sessions, small group training, bootcamps and corporate training.
Children's Fitness is our specialty. We have highly trained experts, and are part of the International Youth Conditioning Association. We run fun fitness classes and athletic/ skill development sessions for children from the age of 2, right through to teenagers. There are kids fitness sessions and teen bootcamps, then more specialist sessions for developing speed and agility and functional strength and fitness. We also hold children's fitness/ sports parties .See the Children's Fitness page or the Party page for all the info.
We also offer expert training to sports teams, particularly junior sports teams. Pre seasons, once off sessions and regular weekly sessions for your sports teams can be booked in. All of these sessions are expertly planned and catered to you specific sport and team needs.
