Because everyone is different and have different needs, you can choose which type of personal training you would like to do. We offer many options and there will be one that suits you. Best thing is you get to do it in a private studio that is just for you/ your group!

One-on-One

Specific and focused training just for you and your individual needs.

Two-on-One

Train with a friend and have double the fun! This is an economical and motivational option. 

Group

3 or more and we can run a group session or you can join one of our existing groups.

Sports

Specific Training (single or groups) - Train to improve your performance in your chosen sport, or we can train your whole team for you to gain that competitive edge. Contact us for more information or a pre/ season quote. 

VIP Training

This is the personal training with all the bells and whistles! Full guidance and support, extended 1 hour sessions, full nutritional counseling and meal plans with an additional 30 minute session each week to focus on your nutrition and weight management.

Inclusions with your personal training sessions-

All One-on-One and Two-on-One Personal training sessions and packages are individualised and specific. To ensure the programs prescribed are catered to clients individual needs packages include the following comprehensive structure.*

 

Health Assessment:

A full health check to see where we are beginning from. The health assessment records your medical, injury and exercise history, we perform a cardiac risk assessment, blood pressure testing, height, weight, BMI and body fat% and record anthropometry ( body measurements).  

Fitness Testing:

We encourage fitness testing to set a benchmark of your fitness level. The fitness testing includes tests to establish your Max VO2 (overall fitness), strength, endurance and flexibility.  

Goal Setting :

Using your health assessment and fitness testing results, we work together to set specific and achievable goals. These help to guide your training and add to motivation.

Individualised Programming :

We provide all our clients with programs that have been designed specifically for them and their individual fitness goals. This is important as different objectives will require different types of training, frequency of training and recovery times  

Weekly 'Fitness Homework' :

We may set you 'Fitness Homework'! This varies from client to client. Dependent on your individual needs homework can include reading articles, participating in a pre planned set session, keeping a food diary, accumulating a certain number of steps in a day......the list is endless. We believe that when you finish your training with us you should not forget about making healthy lifestyle choices every hour of everyday.  

Full record keeping and reports :

We will keep full records of your assessments, testing and training. We will provide you with reports on your training progress and achievements.

Review and Post Testing:

Frequent review and post testing enables us to see your improvements and it also acts as a great motivator. At set intervals we will retest you on all you initial fitness tests and perform your health assessment again to compare to your baseline results.

On line and phone support :

We are available to you when you have questions or concerns. Or even if you would just like an updated home session plan. With our email and phone support you are not on your own once your session is over.

Group Training

If you prefer to train as part of a group for the extra motivation or the decreased cost, we offer group training. We will train groups from as few as 4 people so get a few friends or family members together and have fun getting fit together.

You can train at the centre or we can arrange to train at a convenient venue and time to your specific group. All group sessions are run for 50 minutes and are catered to the specific group needs. We are even able to cater to different fitness levels within the group so it is fun and achievable for all involved.

Group Training will provide you with may varied activities, games and exercises in each session. For example we may complete a fitness circuit, a water session at the pool or beach, a running session, body weight resistance workout, boot camp style workout, or even a tiggy and challenge activity session. Guaranteed it will always be challenging, fun and good for you. These sessions are a great stress reliever and will leave you with a smile.

Sports Specific Training

If you are part of a sporting club or team we can run once off sessions to mix up your training, run a series of sessions or even run your fitness program for the pre season or full season. After all, most coaches and players are experts in what happens on the field/court, we are the experts in getting you in peak condition to get on the field/court and stay on it. Fitness training for your team will have you ready to perform better on game day and reduce injuries by strengthening and conditioning muscles and bodies for the stresses of the particular sport.

No matter what your sport is... football, netball, soccer, basketball ect. We can cater for it .

We can perform for you - full pre and post fitness testing of players, training programs to enhance all players levels of fitness and sport specific strength and recovery sessions.
